Note: AIFrontDesk itself does not store chat or call data. All processing is handled securely by GDPR-compliant third-party providers (Botpress and Retel AI).

  • Consent: when you voluntarily use our services.
  • Legitimate interests: to provide, maintain, and improve the AIFrontDesk platform.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

  • Operate and maintain our AI chatbot and call agent services.
  • Analyze trends and optimize AI responses.
  • Respond to support inquiries.
  • Fulfill legal obligations under GDPR and other applicable EU laws.

6. Data Sharing and Transfers

We may share your data with trusted third-party providers (Botpress, Retel AI) to operate and improve our services. All providers are GDPR-compliant.

International transfers: Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-compliant mechanisms.

7. Data Retention

  • Chat/Call Data: retained for up to 2 years for service improvement, then anonymized.
  • Technical Data: retained for up to 1 year.
  • Support Records: retained up to 3 years.

Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
